Can testify for the standups. Things that can be just a Jira/Slack comment. But I always tell myself “oh well if we don’t do this in a call i’d go days without human interactions and that is not good” (i work 100% remotely).
That’s the reality. Some engineers don’t want the spotlight, they just want the space to focus and ship great work.
